Paradise Café
'Paradise Café' is a blend of three difference altitude coffees, sourced from the deep Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Only using the biggest and fullest beans, we blend and roast for a rich dark colour which equates to the perfect cup of PNG coffee.
Highlands Blue
The Trademark of Goroka Coffee - the 'Highlands Blue' is a medium roasted Arabica bean, rich in aroma and taste.
Premium Estate
The 'Premium Estate' Blend is lightly roasted and produces a medium bodied, full flavoured cup of coffee. This allows the natural highlights to shine through. Gathered from select Plantations of the PNG Highlands region.
Espresso
Paradise Gold
The 'Paradise Gold' Blend is our organically certified coffee range. Cultivated free of any chemical weedicides and pesticides. A fullbodied bean.
The 'Espresso' Blend is roasted until a rich, dark colour forms in the bean, allowing the natural oils to release. This produces smoky overtones, giving the blend a full flavour. The strongest of our coffee range.
Haus Blend
'Haus Blend' is sourced from the remote, small village coffee block holders from the Eastern Highlands. Perfect for Bridal Ceremonies, Burial Ceremonies and your everyday cup of coffee.
